The SPA and wellness area of our 4-star hotel spreads over 750 square meters and features a bright and relaxing environment:

SPA Etiquette

In order to be able to provide you with excellent service and give you advice on how best to enjoy the benefits of our Spa, the Staff is always at your disposal for any information you may need for your well-being.

To access the wellness area, it is mandatory to sign a form to inform the operators of the center about any health problems, allergies or if you are pregnant.
In order to use the wet and beauty area, reservation is required and access is limited to a number of people.
We provide the guest with disposable items and sanitized linens
It is mandatory to undergo the antifungal jet and use the shower before entering the spa.
Do not occupy the loungers in the Relaxation Area with towel and bathrobe if you are not there. Our staff members are authorized to remove them and sanitize the loungers to allow other guests to use them.
You must enter the Kneipp path without slippers.
You must enter the Finnish Sauna without slippers and you must sit on the towel, no part of your body must touch the wooden slats.
It is forbidden to smoke and bring food or beverages inside the Spa.
Guests who are not of age may use the services (in the established terms) only if accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility and ensures compliance with these regulations.
Management reserves the right to limit access to ensure a better experience and excellent service for its guests.

Appropriate and respectful behavior that allows the Guests to fully relax is recommended.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It is advisable to BOOK treatments and admission to Thaermalya Spa in advance in order to find availability.
In order to enjoy massages and facial/body treatments, it is mandatory to sign a form to inform the operators of the center about any health problems, allergies or if you are pregnant.
We do our best to start treatments on time, so we ask our Guests to respect the agreed appointment times also to allow the equipment and rooms to be properly sanitized before the following guest is treated.
If a Guest is late for an appointment, the duration of the treatment will be shortened so as not to cause inconvenience to other Guests. No refund will be given.
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance and there will be no cancellation fee. Cancellation after this deadline or failure to cancel will result in the payment of 50% of the price of the treatment
